somehow for female singers, no female celebrities to be exact, my preference would be those who are deviously cute haha
like Kotana Izumi (thou she's just an anime character in Lucky star but she's just so adorable with her mischievous sarcasm XD) or like chibi Maruko chan (another anime character =.=') haha or Aoi Yuu (not exactly mischievous but she has the feel of someone who'll dare to break social norms like appearing in the crowd wearing colorful strange clothes lol)...maybe it's all my projected image =.='
nonetheless Kaela is cute and i love her funky style hehe
... oh yeah and they all exude the image of someone independent and a bit unconvention and cool hehe
